Employees of Hermes Fulfilment can purchase an RMV season ticket. Hermes Fulfilment will pay an additional subsidy on top of the low price of the large customer season ticket. At weekends and on public holidays, one additional person and three children up to the age of 14 can travel free of charge. Payment is made conveniently by salary deduction from your monthly salary. The card is valid from the 1st of the month and can be canceled at the end of the month.
The tickets are available from us in the staff area.
Please report to our plant security at the gate on your first day. Your colleagues will give you your employee ID card and inform your manager, who will then collect you. Please have your employee ID card with you at all times, as it is required to enter and leave the premises. We need a digital passport photo to create your employee ID card. This should meet the following requirements: Neutral background, subject from the front or slightly to the side, JPG file, resolution maximum 400 pixels wide or maximum 500 pixels high
Please send your photo to your HR contact in good time before you start work.

The gate is also the central point of contact in our company. So if you are late on your first day, for example, or do not have the telephone number of your contact person, our colleagues will be happy to help you.

You will need a suitable bottle to use the water dispensers, otherwise drinks and snack vending machines are available for a fee.
Your health is important to us. That's why we have launched the voluntary health promotion bonus program. From 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, you can collect points for great rewards and keep yourself and your body fit at the same time.
How does it work?
1) Get the bonus booklet from your HR department
2) Collect points in different categories, such as sports events, participation in a smoking cessation course or health courses to be completed once
3) Add up your points and enter them in the bonus booklet
4) Have the points confirmed by the HR department after presenting proof of participation

5) Choose a bonus depending on the number of points you have achieved

Please note that the bonus booklet must be submitted by the end of January of the following year. Later submissions will not be considered.
Who can take part?
All permanent employees and trainees as well as fixed-term employees with a period of employment of more than 12 months can participate. All employees and trainees who are in an unterminated employment/trainee relationship at the time the bonus is paid are eligible for the bonus. This does not apply to employees/trainees who have given notice without notice and were entitled to do so; they can continue to redeem their points when the corresponding number of points is reached.
The rewards are fixed in the bonus booklet and cannot be converted into cash.
